News Update November 2021
A quite last couple of months in the winners circle although Syzate made it 2 wins from 5 starts with a come from behind win at Launceston driven by Bronte Miller which made it win number 26 for the year for Yorkshire Park bred or owned horses.
On the breeding scene La Tonneralla foaled colt by Pastor Stephen and Neishers Jet foaled a filly by Vincent in the last couple of weeks. Watch The Dream is due to foal in late November early December.
Good news with Masterkova having a positive test Captainteacherous while Our Narissa Franco has a positive test to Vincent.
She Will Rock turned in a fantastic performance to finish 4th in 1.51.9 behind some quality mares in the Group 3 race last week and she is mixing it with the best mares at the moment. Jets Art resumed with a good 3rd beaten 4 metres at Charlton today, Dreams Are Bettor returns to the trials tomorrow night at Hobart while Miki Diva is due to return to work next month in New Zealand under the care of John Hay at Ashburton.
Both our yearlings are progressing well and we look forward to the Nutrien Standardbred sale in April next year in Melbourne. Ollie (Sweet Lou colt) and Sam (American Ideal colt) are really starting to develop and as the weather gets better we expect them to fill out even further, add the finishing touches by our preparers Blanche & Dean Poole at Rhiannon Park and we look forward to an exciting sale.
